They never answer their phone, doesnt matter when you call, they dont even answer other pharmacies transfer requests. Go to literally any other pharmacy this one is terrible
It was bad enough that the insurance code was entered incorrectly, even though the card was correct and the code was correct as well. On top of that, we were given completely wrong medication. My wife was in shock when she opened the package at home. Thankfully, she checked the name on the pill bottle, because there were medications for our son, for my wife, and for me — and among them were someone else’s medications with a completely different name.
