I am pleased with everyone except for the new pharmacist manager Goodness. Everytime I go there she is always on her phone or sitting. The girls in blue are always busy but she is just sitting and sometimes eating chips inside the pharmacy. Phones are ringing but she is not picking it up. Asked a question about a medication and she just told me to read the instructions on the box. She is so rude everytime I encounter her. The women working behind the counter lacked any customer service competency whatsoever. The pharmacist told me to step aside to see the woman behind me who was sick & in need of doctor - not a pharmacist - for a diagnosis & appropriate prescription for medication. Perhaps she should have known this, except I think she feels a false sense of validation playing “doctor”. Highly recommended. Geetha is an amazing pharmacist. She is patient and always makes sure that I understand everything about the medicine before I leave the pharmacy

The Pharmacists at this location are top notch. Both Geetha and Dennis are fantastic. We followed Geetha from another pharmacy to this one just because we liked her so much and missed getting the level of service we had with her. Both Geetha and Dennis are prescribing Pharmacists and can save you from having to see a Dr. for minor ailments. Lots of knowledge. Highly recommended.
