I love it
Communication from the pharmacy was extremely disappointing. I was told I would be contacted once my prescription was ready and once the LU code fax had been received for ODB coverage, but no one ever called. When I followed up, I felt like my questions were unwelcome. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase down information about important medications.
