One star is too generous. I went to pick up my medication several hours after the pharmacy had already received it. I politely asked the pharmacy assistant if it was ready and mentioned that it had been sent in earlier that afternoon—only to help her locate it, as she seemed to be struggling. This pharmacy demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for patient safety. A patient who was urgently running out of essential medication was refused help solely because staff insisted on a physical hard copy of a prescription even though a valid digital prescription was already uploaded and visible in Walmart’s own system. Place is an absolute joke , called customer service and asked them to check if my son left an item in certain isle before we drove 2 hours back to the store lazy customer service lady just goes oh we don't check for things , I'm like what are you talking about who else am I suppose to ask , oh I dunno and hangs up ..useless people everywhere these days !
