I visited the Walmart Pharmacy recently and was disappointed with the customer service. The girl at the counter was very unprofessional — she rolled her eyes and tossed papers toward me instead of handing them properly. It felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but basic courtesy and respect should still be shown to customers. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff about maintaining professionalism at the counter.
I waited 1:40 minutes to hear that they did not have my pills. Despite the fact that I asked several times. Due to the fault of the staff, I was not able to buy the medications I needed that day.
Staff are always friendly, polite, and professional. They fill prescriptions in a timely manner, and send requests to practitioners for renewals. The pharmacy area is always clean and upkept, and their prices are the best in town.
