The structure of the Pharmacy (owner not always present) and lack of accountability overall leads to misunderstandings with customers and staff dissatisfaction. I will not get into the details but consciously building an Ethical Culture as a Team (meaning Trust) and demonstrating sincere and trustworthy handling of records and prescriptions would be a good place to begin. I received very good service.
My experience at this pharmacy has always been very positive. They seem to be happy to be at work, not rushed and have been very accommodating of situations for renewal timing and my trips away. Instructions are clearly and thoroughly given. 'Maybe' it takes a bit more time, but slow down, people! I transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy and in the few refills I have ordered so far, the costs are lower which is rare and good! Nothing but nice things to say so far. Recommend....
I never thought I'd be leaving a Google Review for a pharmacy, but after a I noticed a mere 3.3 ☆ rating I thought it was necessary. They've been my go to pharmacy for roughly 20 years now and I've always been provided with the greatest services possible. Rhys and the entire crew have always been very professional, helpful, friendly, and prompt in delivering what I ask for. Anything less than a 5 star review for these people would be unjust!
