I am disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this pharmacy today. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Monday, I dropped off a prescription for my wife and was told by the pharmacist that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. However, even after three hours, the prescription was still not ready. When I asked a pharmacy staff member about the delay, I was told that they were short-staffed due to the holiday. Hana is a really nice person, she helps out customers and helped me with a couple of things. She is very nice and kind to the customers.
Generally, a positive experience. I had to wait for assistance even though I was the only one there. Five minutes or so. Otherwise, it's a decent pharmacy.
