Walmart in Langley is I admit a nice store. They do encourage you though to go thru their self serve to scan your own purchases, but this is what I saw today. Half the wickets were closed and when I asked why, I was told they were only allowed to have a certain number open. What’s that!!!
The pharmacists are incredibly quick and helpful, and I rarely wait more than 20 minutes. The service and experience are fantastic!
Last week, I believe on Sunday between 7 and 9 p.m., I visited this branch to purchase a vacuum cleaner. When I was leaving the store, I had to wait for a considerable amount of time because the key could not be found and the security device attached to the product could not be unlocked. The staff had difficulty resolving the issue, which caused a significant delay. After leaving the store, I realized that a warranty brochure is usually provided to customers for such purchases.
