August 14th 2026: Staff lied to my wife about my refill. When I spoke to the pharmacist in charge (he denied he was), he was rude and dismissive. I thought he was not really trained as a community pharmacist. That was at 12:15 pm so he knows who I mean. Since this is my third time being lied to and disrespected I am filing a formal complaint to the OCP.
Waiting time is the worst. I came here at 11:40 and you gave me my medicine at 13:20.
In fact, pharmacy staff do not provide immediate answers to patients seeking medicine, . They generally need advice and prayer.
I stopped getting prescription from upper james pharmacy for long time now, because how bad the assistants deal with people I totally forgot about that and I went to them last month asking about something for my child I saw some recommendations online but I had to ask a pharmacist as this medication is on shelf and walmart is usually cheaper than other pharmacies, the lady over there she was so disrespectful to me.
