I called to have my prescriptions transferred here. They told my my old pharmacy needed to call, so i called my old pharmacy, who told me the new pharmacy needs to call them. I called this location again and got a different person than my first call and told them I wanted to transfer my prescriptions to this location, now its no problem and they will call the old pharmacy. Its hard to not come to the conclusion that the original employee just didn't want to call the other pharmacy and transfer my prescription.
August 14th 2026: Staff lied to my wife about my refill. When I spoke to the pharmacist in charge (he denied he was), he was rude and dismissive. I thought he was not really trained as a community pharmacist. That was at 12:15 pm so he knows who I mean. Since this is my third time being lied to and disrespected I am filing a formal complaint to the OCP.
Waiting time is the worst. I came here at 11:40 and you gave me my medicine at 13:20.
In fact, pharmacy staff do not provide immediate answers to patients seeking medicine, . They generally need advice and prayer.
