Recently moved back to Hamilton from Newmarket. Needed a refill on my inhaler, Pharmacy faxed my doctor yesterday. I called this morning to see if it is ready, "not yet, waiting on your doctor". Call doctor, "did you get the fax?" "Yes, just waiting on doc to sign off". "Do you want the pharmacy's fax number?". "No, that's ok, we have it".
