I am beyond horrified by the negligence and total lack of responsibility at this location. They put my 6-week-old daughter at great risk by providing the wrong concentration and dosage for her antibiotic. She was accidentally given 4x the amount she was supposed to receive. This inexcusable error resulted in an emergency room visit and a call to Poison Control. When I called to address this mistake, I spoke with the pharmacy manager. Recently moved back to Hamilton from Newmarket. Needed a refill on my inhaler, Pharmacy faxed my doctor yesterday. I called this morning to see if it is ready, "not yet, waiting on your doctor". Call doctor, "did you get the fax?" "Yes, just waiting on doc to sign off". "Do you want the pharmacy's fax number?". "No, that's ok, we have it".
