The worse customer service I have ever encountered at a Walmart pharmacy. The lady was very ignorant and condescending. I will definitely not return to this pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere!!! Two thumbs down
Terrible customer service. If you screw up, take responsibility and apologize, don’t blame the customer for not answering a random phone number (not the pharmacy number) to confirm delivery when the delivery had already been confirmed and paid the day before.
I called earlier for making a prescription drug ready . When I came back after few hours they did not ready it and I had to wait again extra 20 minutes. Frustrating.
One staff member (asian) or might be a Pharmacy assistant was a little disappointing. I was about to approach but gave me like an annoyed response “do you have any questions?” With a rude tone. So I ask if the Pharmacy has any adhesive for my diabetic sensor, But his response wasn’t really helpful. He said “maybe a just regular tape will do?” No suggestions or whatsoever and looks like he was irritable . If you have a bad day or don’t love your job, don’t pass it on to clients or customers.
