Been to this pharmacy forever CONTINUOUSLY takes upwards of 30+ more minutes than told for a prescription to be filled, which would be acceptable due to normal demand and filling times, but the staff continuesly sits on their phones while staring at customers in line without a word. Horrendous customer service
Services is fast. I only go there for refills. But the staffs are very helpful. The best thing is calling in for a refill through their automatic system. It's very convenient
Yesterday I came to this pharmacy at 5:05 pm to pick up an important medication. I was told it would take about 30 minutes, so I went shopping inside Walmart and returned about 55 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pharmacy had already closed at 6 pm. I understand that store hours are posted, but since it was close to closing time, I wish the staff had informed me that they close at 6 pm so I could return on time. They seem to deliberately waste your time. Literally NOBODY ELSE IN LINE and only one out of the 3 people behind the counter let me know that someone will be with me shortly, and then i had to wait another 10mins.
