The only positive experience I have at this pharmacy is with the pharmacist Sushama. She is so caring and takes as much time needed to help. She always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. There is another staff member that is less than ideal. She is extremely rude, condescending and goes out of her way to be unhelpful. There was a change in policy at the pharmacy. I was unaware of it so when I asked for clarification I received a Huff, an eye roll and a snooty reply. Then the lady walked away. The next person came to assist me and I asked if there was a problem with my daughter’s prescription and she looked bewildered and said no?! I explained I was unaware of the new policy and was asked a bunch of questions I had never been asked before (13 years at this pharmacy). The original woman came over and said “we have to ask now. I went to pick up my mother in-laws prescription and once again they were not ready. I had called them in 4 days before which is adequate time to have them prepared. Spoke with Shusma about the ongoing issues with scripts not being filled and she made absolutely NO effort to make it right. She became a little defensive, argumentative and offered no apologies nor a tangible resolution. Extremely disappointed in her unpleasant tone. I will definitely transfer my own family’s and in-laws prescriptions to another pharmacy!
They are always extremely rude.
