Pharmacist Sheetal has been very helpful with the prescription after the claim was not paid the first time. She explained the situation clearly and patiently rechecked the insurance. Turns out another middle aged pharmacist lady who received my prescription and noted down my insurance details directly from my phone got the numbers all wrong. This platform deals with medication, so employees need to be serious and careful—wrong medicines can seriously harm someone’s life.
