A year agoI I moved from this pharmacy to Costco Pharmacy because of the cheaper dispensing fees (about $10 compared to $4.30). I have numerous prescriptions. Unfortunately, after sub-standard service (long lines, not having the faxed prescriptions, poor communication and other hassles), I found out that YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. I use this pharmacy cause of its dispensing fee - their customer service stinks- you can stand there for 5 minutes and they see you but no one comes to help you - just brutal and rude - especially the pharmacist!!!
i’ve always had good customer service
Not sure why the low ratings. I have found this group to be polite, efficient, professional in every single instance except for maybe one fellow who seems to be gone. Staff seem well-informed and highly trained, as well as interested and courteous which you really notice and appreciate in this day and age. Also great hours.
We always have a problem with delivery. We order baby food and they are always a day or two late, although I have a conversation about it every month. Very irresponsible
