※This bad review is for the store, not the pharmacist. This store needs to hire more staff or prepare extra staff for pharmacist. Every time I go there, only one pharmacist have to do everything, and looks really busy all the time. Even the pharmacist call help, no one shows up, so it took almost 20 to 30min just picked up my medicine which already ready and stayed on the cashier.
I waited 30 minutes for them to mix my medication. After I got halfway home, I realized they didn’t even mix it.

I have enjoyed this pharmacy’s great service many times and this morning I was lucky enough to receive a fantastic service from pharmacist Jamie it was busy but he managed to take care of everyone with smile and great efficiency. Thank you sir . Helping your patients to heal and reducing their suffering is the most altruistic way to treat others.
I care a lot about my work and living environment, especially how people perform their duties, but today I went to Walmart Richmond to pick up a car battery and I saw a female employee and I was amazed at how passionate she was about her job. She truly treated customers like an angel. I wish everyone was like her. She is Sherry.Thank you sherry for helping people ❤️
