I didn't go to the pharmacy. I shopped. Hardly anyone has any decent customer service skills anymore. And it's insane to me that with the amount of money a multimillion dollar corporation like Walmart makes, they are greedy for even MORE MONEY by not having adequate staffing. Once Wal-Mart is all self-checkout like elsewhere, I will stop shopping here. I don't need anything from Walmart that I can't find anywhere else. Walmart's pharmacy is better than the one in costco, but that isn't saying much. A lot of room for improvement to be made here.
