Called in a prescription, put on hold, 10 min, to where the phone went blank, no sound.. when this female answered I was telling her the pills I needed (4) I was rushed with finishing with a okay bye, each pill trying to order, than again was put on hold, where I just hung up... going to change. Maybe Shoppers. This was from Walmart Rymal Rd
I dropped off my prescription 30 minutes before coming back to pick it up, but even after that, I still had to wait another 30 minutes. There wasn’t even a lineup, so I’m not sure why it took so long. It feels like poor time management—or maybe a tactic to keep customers browsing Walmart longer. Either way, it was a frustrating experience.
