I've never dealt with a pharmacy where you'll call to actually see if the script is ready ... call 3 separate times just because you know how that pharmacy works ... and the script is still not ready. They have 2 good staffers that work behind that counter, everyone else just seems out of place and not competent.
Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist is dismissive, impatient, and acts annoyed if you ask even a single question or need help finding an item. They have arbitrary 'policies' that result in unexpected charges even with insurance, including a $10 fee per refill while waiting for doctor renewals. Incompetent and completely unprofessional staff. All four members of our family have moved our prescriptions elsewhere to escape the awful service. Zero stars if I could Do not go there.

The stuff are so disrespectful. He told me to come back after 40min and when I came back after 50min still my med wasn’t ready, I have waited another 15min, I spent 1hr 17min for antibiotics and mouth wash even after they prepared the lady was serving another customer who came after me while she was holding my meds on her hand and he expected me to beg for the medication instructions very rude stuffs!!!!
JEJI THE PHARMACIST WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If you are looking for a consultation with a rude, dismissive and arrogant pharmacist this is the place! JEJI the pharmacist on duty was so unpleasant and unprofessional. Inpatient, defensive and so disrespectful. A disgrace to his profession! Do not recommend this location!
