I was extremely sick. I wantes to pay for my cold and flu medicine at the pharmacy and the assistant told me I had to go to the cashier. I told her I was extemeky sick and SHE IGNORED ME. Ive never had a problem paying for items there before from that section. It's not like I was shopping for shampoo. It was cold and flu medicine! I'm glad that I was able to make it over to the cashier and pay and make it back to my car. I'm on day 6 of a fever. Always been more than helpful and responsive.
Extremely disorganized and poor communication. Bad customer service and zero communication with doctors. They expect patients to do their job.
