My dentist has been trying to call your office since this morning, but no one is answering the phones. I don't understand why no one is answering the phones!!! They didn't put the phone there just for decoration. Provide some good service. There are people who are uncomfortable and sick, be understanding. ANSWER THE PHONES!!!

I went in just to ask if i can get a prescription here for my high blood pressure using ohip, first of all the phillapino guy made fun of me and asked to stand on next window. Then anold rude lady with white coat addressed me and was very judgemental and condescending. She told me to go to a walking clinic and she dont have right instruments for it.
