On two recent occasions I’ve gone to this pharmacy location, only to stand at the counter unserved for upwards of 10+ minutes. Yesterday, both an associate and the pharmacy made eye contact numerous times without acknowledgment, no “one moment”, nothing. I ended up leaving to shop the store and returned hoping for better. After an additional 10 minutes I finally asked for help. The woman made a dismissive exhale as if trying to buy something was an inconvenience. Very disappointing.
I was so not impressed by the attitude of the female pharmacist there this evening. Absolutely condescending and not helpful at all. I appreciate that you know pharmacy but there is no reason for you to speak to me all high and mighty with a smirk on your face because you know something I do not.
I am very disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. Last Friday, I went with my family for the flu vaccine, as they offer a walk-in system. The staff member told me he was working alone and asked us to come back after an hour when another staff member would arrive. Since I had work, I took the forms and returned today around 5 PM with my family and the completed forms.
