I saw the post below and wanted to recognize how hard the pharmacy team at Walmart is working. The pharmacy has lost three senior pharmacists in just two months, and Farah has stepped in to help during an extremely busy and difficult period. If I could give a zero, I would. The “pharmacist” Farrah at the Penticton location was passive, demeaning, rude, short, and by all means the most disrespectful human I’ve ever had to deal with. If a customer is asking advice on a certain product, the “pharmacist “ shouldn’t react in a way that she did. I put pharmacist in quotes as I can only assume she isn’t the pharmacist and mabye an assistant as there is no way she passed the final to be in pharmaceuticals if she can’t even help customers.
