Have been here countless times and dealt with both Shaima and Roger who have been so helpful and are extremely knowledgeable! Don't care much about the store but the Pharmacists are top tier!!!
The middle aged brunette lady wearing a nose ring with Tracy on her nametag seems frustrated and annoyed at even the smallest question. Dismissive looks and curtest replies I have ever experienced at any pharmacy and I've lived across the country, from the Maritimes to Manitoba, and now Alberta. Only giving this a two star so that people actually read it, giving at a ONE. My wife came in looking for my needle supplies and the lady helping her at first was being helpful and getting what we needed. Pharmacy manager Roger comes and stops the transactions and is being interrogating. He turned down my wife when you don’t need a RX. for diabetic needles. You can get them anywhere.
