Wonderful experience whenever I make a visit, helpful staff always around ready to resolve any problems. The pharmacist is very kind and patient when it comes to answer the queries.
Walmart pharmacy has the worse follow up support I have ever seen. I contacted them to have some questions about the medication their pharmacist gave me and the side effects and 3 times I was hung up on by the staff. I will never use them again. Since Paul retired the place has gone down hill.
The pharmacist was NOT helpful at all. The assistant had a smirk on her face, not sure if she smirked because of me asking questions or at the pharmacist being rude. Worst place ever to get a consultation with the pharmacist.
A first for me: reviewing a pharmacy! I have to compliment Joanna A, Manager of the Walmart Pharmacy in Trenton. I was travelling through on our boat and ran out of medication (not good) and went to her and she solved my issue so proficiently and with kindness! Not just towards me but all of us lining up for help! Thanks so much!
