They have a mature woman pharmacist with shoulder length hair and I absolutely love dealing with her. She is understanding and kind and very patient and they stock medication which I am hard-pressed to find elsewhere. I have had horrible experiences with the support staff especially the black female with the tight curly hair but I keep going back because of this woman pharmacist alone. Would NOT recommend this pharmacy at all. Your time is not respected at all. I had tried to re fill a prescription that I'm needed to have every day and set it up so I would be able to get it before I would run out, only to be told it was never sent out. They then informed me it would be ready at 8pm, 4 hours after I called. Once I arrived however at 8, they told me it wasn't ready and have to wait another 15min. Finally at 8:45pm I was able to pick up my medication. Be kind to your patience and mental health and go anywhere... read more
I am very disappointed with the service at this Walmart pharmacy. They waste a lot of time and are not professional at all. The staff are not organized, and customers are left waiting far too long. On top of that, the information they give is often not true, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management takes immediate action to improve efficiency, honesty, and professionalism.
