one of their staff (filipina) are zero customer service. Teach her to be polite and do a better customer service. I walked right away and go somewhere else just to get my stuff. She insisted that my stuff wasn't covered on my insurance so what i did i went to shoppers instead, i've got my stuff there and then after that i went back to her and showed it to her that i got it without any penny and using my insurance. And She just response "Ok!". 🤦♂️ If i'm your manager i'll kick you out on my store.
