No line up, no one waiting. Dropped off a prescription and was told 30 minutes. Waited 40 minutes then returned to the counter on arrival they said it was ready, it wasn’t ready. Made me wait an additional 10 minutes while they looked for the prescription, then waited another 10 minutes because the pharmacist went into a vaccination appointment without “signing off on it”. As a prescriber, I would rather not to deal with this pharmacy at all. Each time I calle to place a telephone order I am on hold for 10-15 min!! The voice mail is not checked on a regular base. These issues has been like that for a long time and nobody apparently cares. I personally talked to several pharmacist about these issues , still no change.
Tells me it’s a 20 minute wait for a off the shelf order with 4 people behind the desk and no one else in line they noticed I wasn’t happy then had it ready in less than 3 minutes..I shouldn’t have to get upset to receive good customer service.. do better UPDATE… Again today a 30 minute wait for an off the shelf product?
