I needed 3 refills, one needed my doctor to send a new prescription. Walmart said they would send a fax to my doctor and it could take up to 3 days. 3 days later I got a text saying my prescription was ready. When I finally find a ride to go in to get it only one of my requests was filled. The most expensive one that they only had to put boxes in a bag. They couldn't tell me why they couldn't fill the other one that had refills and the one they said they had sent a fax to my doctor hadn't been responded to by my doctor. I as... read more
Very lazy and slow service. Staff were busy talking to each other instead of helping customers. I was first told the wait time would be 20–25 minutes, but after already waiting 30 minutes, they changed it to another 40–45 minutes — just to get 3 antibiotic tablets. Totally unreasonable and very frustrating experience.
Good customer service
Excellent service by Suril and Ravikiran.They help me extend my medication even though I moved from NB to AB. We need more people like them who care for their patients
