I wish you would hire staff that understands English
Pharmacy didn't warn me about a possible contraindication with my long term meds and a new medication. Had horrid reaction that caused gut health problem which then spurred on metabolic dysfunction. When I complained, they claimed there was no such issue. But I found the studies in medical library that proves the risk. I am the one that suffered because of this mistake. Yet they just ignore it.
Very rude and they dont feel sorry. They took the order and today they called me asking me saying we have only note saying something need to be order. And they are telling me that it was my responsibility to make a note for them. They were not helpfull and guy telling me that 100% its your fault.
