Straight up lied to me, wanted to change my meds for a longer expiry date, they gave me medication that i needed onhand with 5 months to expiry, manager said the meds dont have a long shelf life and they cant replace, but i got same exact meds from them 2 weeks earlier that has a 1 year expiry date.

Terrible customer service. Gave us the runaround and still didn’t refill the Px. Had to go to another location to get it refilled without any drama. Simply ridiculous customer service. Service was A+ when Diane was the manager. Glad other pharmacies are in the area.

Called to ask a very simple question re changing obtaining medications from Walmart instead of driving out to Costco in Langley which she did not seem to understand and was put on hold I think on purpose so hung up. Not impressed. Will stick with Costco.

Very rudely behaved stands and pharmacist. Will find different pharmacy

New management are really useless they are very rude. They always don’t pick the call if they pick the call the put on hold for long time. Also they don’t make medicine at time.
