Not impressed with the Pharmacist... changing to another pharmacy, not Walmart. Went for an issue and was prescribed meds. After 4 months it did not clear up, and I returned asking for something different. I looked it up and it lists 3 other meds that was not the one I received. He refused to give me another med and told me to go to my doctor. I then went to another pharmacy, who gave me a different med, and a day later it was clearing up already. Straight up lied to me, wanted to change my meds for a longer expiry date, they gave me medication that i needed onhand with 5 months to expiry, manager said the meds dont have a long shelf life and they cant replace, but i got same exact meds from them 2 weeks earlier that has a 1 year expiry date.

Terrible customer service. Gave us the runaround and still didn’t refill the Px. Had to go to another location to get it refilled without any drama. Simply ridiculous customer service. Service was A+ when Diane was the manager. Glad other pharmacies are in the area.

Called to ask a very simple question re changing obtaining medications from Walmart instead of driving out to Costco in Langley which she did not seem to understand and was put on hold I think on purpose so hung up. Not impressed. Will stick with Costco.
