We moved from Strathmore to Medicine Hat 2 years ago. We used Strathmore Walmart pharmacy and have always had exceptional, polite and friendly service there. When we moved to Medicine Hat we had our prescriptions transferred to Medicine Hat Walmart. My husband was very ill from October 2024 through to March 2025. His prescriptions increased dramatically. Sadly I'm am giving this place a 1 star.. John the Pharmacist is just rude.. He treats people as if they are idiots.. He is dissmisive and makes you feel like you are wasting his time.. If it wasn't for Doug the Pharmacist, I would never use this pharmacy again.. Doug is the exact opposite. Best Pharmacist I have ever used, he is polite and extremely helpful.. These two are exact opposites.. How Walmart hasn't fixed John's performance blows my mind.. Like I said.. If it wasn't for Doug, I'd never go back
