I came to pick up a pain med prescription for my husband waiting in the car with pain, they said it ll take 15 mins and then at 6 40 in the evening the guy responsible to handover the meds (Anand) decides to take a 1 hour long LUNCH break at this hour. I kept waiting and they did not care. I said twice that I need to leave and they just said he knows you are waiting but is on his break.
