Giving 1 star would be my generosity! Walmart should not involve nerd Pharmacists ( who are very technical in their field ) to sell a concept, promotion, signing up for a new system. When this happens bad service creeps in. Charles and Balbir should focus on getting our prescriptions ready and have a trained pharmacy Assistant do the necessary customer service. Walmart should definitely look into this current arrangement and carry out changes
