One of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had. Last week, was the fourth time my medications were delayed because of what I felt was irresponsible handling by a staff member. I went there to get my refill, and I was told my prescriptions would be ready when I get back because I have important matter to do, but when I returned more than an hour later, my medications were still not prepared. Disappointed with the communication and efficiency today at Walmart Pharmacy on Mississauga Rd and Williams PKWY. I was given a 30-minute estimate for two medications, but returned after 35 minutes to find the order completely untouched, even though the pharmacy was empty and no one else was waiting. The three staff members only started working on it after I arrived and inquired. Very disappointing experience at Walmart Pharmacy. Every time I visit, the staff tells me my medication will be ready in 30 minutes, but I usually wait at least 1.5 hours. When I raised this issue with the manager, Vishal, his response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, he showed no interest in improving the service.
