Three times in a row they were out of 3 separate medications for my wife and I. All of these are medications that without taking them you go through physical withdrawals. How are they not ordering enough medication for the patients that they serve. When I try to speak with the pharmacist he wouldn't even make eye contact with me was still working on something else and blamed patients for not giving them enough time before picking up their medication. I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy esp with the orange colored hair Filipina girl who works there. My dentist confirmed that my prescription had already been sent over and was ready, but when I arrived, the pharmacist told me I needed to wait two hours. The way this was communicated felt rude and condescending, as if I didn’t understand basic instructions. After waiting the full two hours and returning, I was then told to wait another 30 minutes. BEWARE!!! if I could give less than a one star review I would in a heart beat. I was discharged from hospital on the 14th with the assurance I would have my heart medication that evening. Two days later they still neglected to fill my prescription. Due to the fact they did not have the medication on hand they demanded that I personally call around to pharmacies to inquire if they have the medications available. I am shocked and appalled by the poor service and neglect.
Pharmacy confirmed a refill earlier in the week for pick-up tonight, and they don't have it - 'Not the Pharmacist's problem'. Originally wanted my husband to come back tomorrow during a potential snowstorm via his mobility scooter. Now he has to wait two days for the delivery of pain meds. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.
