BEWARE!!! if I could give less than a one star review I would in a heart beat. I was discharged from hospital on the 14th with the assurance I would have my heart medication that evening. Two days later they still neglected to fill my prescription. Due to the fact they did not have the medication on hand they demanded that I personally call around to pharmacies to inquire if they have the medications available. I am shocked and appalled by the poor service and neglect.
Pharmacy confirmed a refill earlier in the week for pick-up tonight, and they don't have it - 'Not the Pharmacist's problem'. Originally wanted my husband to come back tomorrow during a potential snowstorm via his mobility scooter. Now he has to wait two days for the delivery of pain meds. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.
They never have anyone at the pick up area for prescriptions. It’s a long wait to get someone every single time.
For the second time they have refused to deliver my child's mental health medicine. I called at 10 am as last time they said no they said I need to call for 11. The pharmacist said rudely that no they aren't delivering anymore today. Could someone in upper management please reach out as my deliver is ODSP and I am disabled and can't go pick it up for my child. All other Walmarts have always delivered up until 6 pm
