customer service sucks , they don’t want to answer phones and when they finally do it’s like your bothering them and they talk rude to you and hang up while your midday talking
This pharmacy staff provides excellent customer service. I keep track of my prescriptions online, and refill easily for later pick-up.
They never answer the phone. Each time I call I’m waiting for at least 15 minutes before they decide to pick up. I find them rude and impatient, and they don’t care to help they just care about a pay check, the job is done very lazy.
