Generally I have had adequate service. The head pharmacist, Bruno is outstanding. There is a particular staff member that I avoid at the counter and I will come back a different day to avoid service from her and get someone that is not so curt and unhelpful. It was too much today and I switched to a different pharmacy. Generally the other staff are helpful and compassionate.
The pharmacist was very patient, courteous and showed compassion. I came in to pick up my prescription and he saw I was upset his compassion made my day a little easier as I am dealing with family illness. Thank you, it goes along way especially being people are coming in sometimes In not good spirits. The staff were very pleasant as well.
Sonce the Summer of 2025, I don't know what is occurring from behind their counters. Never have I seen a more a difficult staff to deal with! Bruno. Sir, you need to fix this problem.
I am always treated with courtesy every time I do business at the Pharmacy. Helpful staff who provide efficient service.
