To Walmart Management (72 Avenue & Scott Road) I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your store that was both disappointing and uncomfortable. The lady stationed at the front of the store collecting donations was extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. exceptionally bad customer service experience at this Walmart Pharmacy. There were four employees on hand with no customer present in the pharmacy. I uploaded my prescription through the app. Pharmacy staff did not bother to look at the prescription when I walked in one hour later, they sent me to customer service desk instead of helping me.
