Been going to this location since it opened. The staff are cold and rude. Have no customer skills. never greet you properly, just mumble and look at you. Pharmacist explains medication but also dead and no skills in friendliness. Some helper type employees shouldn't be behind the counter. Sad direction we are going today. Think I'll move our business if this doesn't change.
We switched pharmacies after dealing with shoppers for 35 years...Due to many issues.Walmart pharmacy has been an excellent choice.Weve never had an issue they always answer any questions..All the pharmacists and staff welcome you with a smile.They always go that extra for anything..very pleased with the whole pharmacy team.
I went to my location Walmart Pharmacy to pick up a FREE Rapid Response Covid-19 test and was told I would have to pay for it!! I then stopped at the Rexall Pharmacy down the road where I was handed one with a smile! These tests are free people. Do Not get scammed into paying for one.
