This pharmacy used to be great. The new manager is terrible. My wife has been taking a nonnarcotic anti seizure medication for the entire time we have been using this pharmacy, about a decade. She came in at 4:20 and the guy said he couldn't get her medication because they close at 4:30 (the posted time is 5. My 3 week old baby had a bad reaction to milk , ended up in orillia hospital I got a prescription for him went to Walmart pharmacy for it and got denied it and a whole long story from the pharmacist about how he got 30,000 dollars taken from him so he can’t do this prescription . And blah blah blah absolutely no way to talk a customer to start with . This team is the best, We tried to fill after surgery in another town and we were told a 3 to 4 hour wait. We called this pharmacy and they had our prescription ready in 30 minutes. They’re always smiling always happy always make you feel like you matter even though they are super busy. Keep up the great work!
