Honestly terrible staff pharmacist doesnt know how to work the system and isexstreemly rude and unprofessional ( called me a liar over the phone )talks over customers and also talks down to them they are chronically late for medication pick up calls or they just never happen if you can go anywhere else also as im reading other reviews it seems EXSTREEMLY COMMON for them to short medication they have been doing it to me and then refusing to fill a new repeat and shocker making up rules as to why they cant fill it
It was a very quiet visit as there weren't too many people. No line up at the cash and we were able to have a smooth check out.
Went to the pharmacy today for 2 presriptions ,30 day refill. Counter help informed me they could only refill one because they had already provided 60 tablets ( 2 months supply on the other) . It appears the prescription was filled improperly ( only 30 tablets provided). They made an error and refused to correct it. Whomever I was speaking to was rude and provided no resolution, like I was lying. Charging for 60 tablets and providing 30 can be described as an error or theft? SCAM! We are from the states and were visiting family when our child developed an ear infection. We saw an in town urgent care that inappropriately prescribed for our two year old. The pharmacist was diligent to check dosing. Had we given our child one of the medications as prescribed she could have suffered extreme side effects. Additionally, the pharmacist recommended us following up with our own PCP as the antibiotic prescribed was not first line treatment for an ear infection. The pharmacist refused to help me because I was on the phone. I waited there several minutes without even being acknowledged. When she did acknowledge me, she told me I was rude. Hands down, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
