I don't know why these people would put on there that the staff is rude they are the sweetest people. The lines can get long when there's a lot of sickness going around but it's usually not too bad. I've had nothing but positive interaction with staff they're very informative they suggest ways to save money on your prescription so I don't know what else a person could want.
Poor service! A lack of empathy, a lack of care! I was in line literally at 1:30pm today to pick up my Daddy’s medicine for dementia. The cashier had a customer in front of her and looked at me as if I just messed up her day for walking up. The clock literally said 1:30pm, the gate was still up, which means that had not officially closed for lunch yet, and she told me that they were closed for lunch. The pharmacy is close on mormoral day on the date of my meds now going t o be a day late
I've been using Walmart for years. The one thing that stands out to me about this pharmacy is their speed. They are much quicker than the other local pharmacy chain store here. Their attendants are more friendly, helpful, and attentive. If they're out of stock on something or have to short your prescription, they'll tell you about it. If they don't have it, they'll even tell you where else you can get it. When it comes to my health and my family's health, speed and accuracy are key to me.
