They never answer the phone and when they do, they just put you on hold and never come back to the phone. I waited over 15 minutes and all I wanted to know was, if Publix had transferred my account. Transferring my account to this Walmart was the worse thing that I could do to my health. Now, I have to transfer it somewhere else, because I can't even verify if my prescription is ready or not!!!
The cashier stopped helping me to assist another cashier with another customer. My wait time was ridiculous because I was first. I am not sure why she felt compelled to help someone at another register when two other employees were available.
