It is missing the customer service. Speak to people “ Good Afternoon, how may I help you” The people there seem spiritually dead, unhappy. Hire high energy staff, you can’t train a spirit. Either you have it in you or you just don’t.
Came into the store my wife needed her medication because she just had a baby. They ended up Closing the pharmacy at 5:47 shame on this place I really hate how this community is so lazy

The young children that Wal-mart has employed as pharmacist tech. needs training not all but I’ve encountered two that doesn’t understand english very apparent their different nationality they ask repeatedly your personal information they show no respect to HIPAA laws I’m almost positive these are kids that worked in Walmart as cashier or stock clerks, and the pharmacist train them and it isvery clear that he didn’t do a good job because it shows in their presentation and their attitude are awful there’s one in particular I’... read more
