Every interaction I have with the pharmacy is wonderful ! Rather if it’s in person or on the phone… the people that work here seem to really care about taking care of the customer . I just had this say especially after this phone call with them just now, I mean they have to get annoyed by all the people calling and wondering about their meds and controlled substances and blah blah blah and they just always seem so upset peasant to help navigate and direct inquiries. Perm haired tech with long nails said my prescription should be there today when I picked up a prescription yesterday. I get there and the amount of disrespect I got when they said it would be 15 minutes to be filled. 10 minutes go by and they are all out of my prescription which I got a call about and was told by the employee yesterday that it would be ready when I picked up a different prescription. We have been getting a prescription filled for our dog for well over a year now. We have signed up for their auto refill, and their notification system through text. Every single time we go there they don’t have the medication and we are told to come back within a day or three. They never notify us through their phone notification system, and when they do, tell us to come back Later on today or tomorrow, it has never been there . It’s terrible for customer service.
