Only one lane is open in the drive thru. I have attempted to pick up prescriptions twice and had to back out of the very narrow drive through entrance after waiting over 30 minutes and not a single car in line advanced.
Got put on hold for 15 minutes, for them to just tell me they wouldn’t check stock of medication. My doctor‘s not gonna shop around to see who has it in stock, so he told me too. Seven other Walmarts will tell me if they had my medication, and have told me if they had my medication or not in stock. Before having a prescription sent over and wasting my day when I don’t have any more of it.
Prescriptions are never ready even days after refill requests. Staff is rude.
