Always very nice. Great Customer service on the phone, always answers all my questions. The pharmacist himself, always very nice when giving me and my family shots. Has also helped my husband navigate his insulin and what his insurance will cover for years now.
The pharmacy is always out of stock on life dependent medication. When you attempt to reach anybody for assistance your either not acknowledged, or they simply don’t answer their phones, if they do your rudely greeted to say there’s 7 calls ahead and hang up. Another huge issue is they don’t take the time to use correct billing codes so your always charged astronomical co-pays. They simply don’t care anymore. I’ve been with this pharmacy for over 30 years.
This pharmacy is a joke. The cashier is rude as can be and has no personality. Don't expect them to get in any hurry to fill your prescription, they will have plenty of excuses in advance of why they won’t be. Send your script elsewhere.
