After being injured in a biking accident, and spending a day at Holy Cross, the walmart pharmacy rep told me they were 5 days behind filling scripts. 3 days later I asked the pharmacist to transfer my prescription to my home state after being transported home, she kept interrupting me every time I tried to complete a sentence, and without hearing my concerns, she finally said "ok I am just going to put you on hold now". Then I was disconnected. Just for clarity this is not how you treat sick people on their worst day.
I’m a prescriber x about 20 years. I cannot get through on the prescriber line (or otherwise) and when it finally get answered, I get put back on hold without even being able to get a word in. This is NOT an isolated event. Poor customer/prescriber service (mean and unprofessional) and undertrained techs. I won’t prescribe to this location again. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We all understand you’re busy, but so are we. Sincerely, Everyone
Great service friendly staff
The worst, because Corporate will not give them enough people. A dozen negative experiences going back two years and it is not the staff’s fault. Do better Corporate.
New manager needs to be let go. You have a major liability problem on your hands. This manager's policy is to withhold medically necessary prescriptions for no practical rationale. Forcing customers like me to become ill. Now I have no other choice but to switch to another pharmacy, which is its own thing.
