I have a serious phobia of needles, and I was dreading my appointment for a vaccine I had to get. I’ve never encountered such a professionally prepared, accommodating, and kind staff. The nurses helped distract me and didn’t give me any reason to feel embarrassed about my anxiety, will absolutely be back.
Walmart pharmacy is a joke. Physician called in post surgery medication at noon 6 hrs later medication isn't ready and the explanation was that the individuals on the store have priority over called in prescriptions. Not something that a person wants to hear when their child just surgically had titanium rods and screws placed in their foot. The staff is always friendly, but what is the point of having medicine called in, breathing medicine I might add, only to have to wait over 24 hours? And no update. The app showed it was delayed when I checked, and an employee said it would be tomorrow by 3pm. 24 hours to wait to breathe. Would it still be that way if it were their own children struggling? Not knowing if you’re going to end up at the ER?
