I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Pharmacy in Natchitoches, Louisiana due to the conduct of an employee named Candy. What should have been a routine prescription pickup became unnecessarily stressful because of her tone and remarks. I arrived the morning after the prescription was filled. She made a snide comment stating that she had spoken to the doctor on a three way call and that no one had come to pick up the medication. Friendly, had what I needed.
I have a serious phobia of needles, and I was dreading my appointment for a vaccine I had to get. I’ve never encountered such a professionally prepared, accommodating, and kind staff. The nurses helped distract me and didn’t give me any reason to feel embarrassed about my anxiety, will absolutely be back.
