This incident occurred on 6/24/24. I do mobile Radiology for work and have been battling some type of respiratory illness since February . I was contacted at a nearby hospital and had to go the emergency room. I took my rx there so I could get it filled while I was working. I went to get my rx and they told me they would not fill it because I had been to other pharmacies this year. Of course I have I travel. My 2 year old son tested positive for strep throat & had his prescription sent over to the pharmacy at 5:40. I called and asked if there was any way they could fill it before they closed in 20 minutes. They said no problem and had it ready when I arrived at 5:58. Thank you!!
The new automated system is garbage. Very inconvenient and time consuming. Get the old system back or fix the new one to where you can request refills after operating hours please!!!!!! However the robot is a lot nicer.
