Have had my prescriptions filled here since I started working in Terrell 2 years ago. Today, all of a sudden, there is a rule where they cant fill my prescription because my home address is in Plano. I will take my business elsewhere. Any pharmacy that will mess around with a patient getting their prescribed medication for made up reasons should be investigated. Forever love this pharmacy they do an amazing job getting everyone in and out Havanna did an amazing job getting my prescriptions out faster very friendly
Here lately the service has been horrible! I had to call 3 times about the same prescription and had to go back to the store 3 times to pick up. I was told the prescriptions would be ready,and when I came back to the store,only 1 would be ready. Go elsewhere to get your medication! This is crazy!
