Puts you on hold for 20 minutes then just hangs up on you. Multiple times this has happened
They are under staffed they need help which Walmart does not do!! the staff are awesome they do the best they can
Great team who is always willing to work together and problem solve any hiccups that may arise! Gretchen is always very personable and has a delightful demeanor, the environment always seems more upbeat when she is there :)
